After ordering my pastries and a sandwich, she handed me the box with a cheerful "Here you gooo"--but forgot the sandwich. When I asked for a receipt, she said it would take a couple of minutes. I waited nearly an hour. I get that the place was busy, but when she finally printed the receipt which took less than a minutethere was no apology or effort to make up for the awkward wait. It just left a bad taste in what's usually a great experience. Hoping this was just an off day, but I had to share. So I've tried several coffee shops in Nola and this was my first time here. Service was a little slow but it was a busy morning. I'll have to go back again to try them out one more time before I move on to the next coffee shop -the location on Broad Street is very busy.
