Yunus Emre Institute continues to leave positive traces of Turkish language and culture in the memories of children by carrying out many large-scale activities for children in different regions of the world. On June 1,6 thousand children and their parents participated in the All In Poker Bucharest organized in various cities of Romania, including the Romanian Parliament in Bucharest. The festival, organized in the garden of the Romanian Parliament in the capital Bucharest and open to the public, included sports and entertainment activities for children, flight simulators, virtual headsets, parachute jumping, fencing, chess, table tennis, robotic mini football and theater performances. Yunus Emre Institute's booth featured a demonstrative Turkish language course workshop, Turkish games and quiz competitions, and a marbling art workshop. The children participated in activities organized by the Institute and had the opportunity to create their own works in the marbling workshop. Guests were offered many delicacies from the rich Turkish cuisine, notably baklava, as well as Turkish coffee and tea at the booth. Turkish Ambassador to Bucharest Özgür Kıvanç Altan attended the program and presented the gift bags prepared by Yunus Emre Institute with the support of the sponsors to the children. Ambassador Altan expressed his pleasure and appreciation for the event and took a souvenir photo with the children. The children colored the sky with kites gifted by the Institute. Children who attended the marbling workshop at the festival had the opportunity to see the dance of paint and water. Participants were taught the Turkish names of the materials and colors used. They also played games and danced with their favorite fairy tale heroes at Poiana Basmelor Playground. Romania Yunus Emre Institute Coordinator Mustafa Yıldız commented on the festival held with the participation of thousands of children in different cities of Romania: "We organized a joint event with the Romanian Parliament in Bucharest by combining the Children's Day celebrated in Romania on June 1 and Turkish Day on June 5. Many different events and kite festivals were organized simultaneously in Constanța. Approximately 6 thousand children and their parents participated in the All In Poker Bucharest activities.
